Contact us before returning an item
Contact [email protected] or WhatsApp +852 5230 7751 with your order number. Customer service will provide the return address and instructions. Do not send returns to our business address without approval.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging with seals intact. Please use a tracked return service after receiving our approval.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Report the issue within 7 days after delivery and provide your order number and clear photos. We cover return shipping for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items. For ordinary returns, the customer pays return shipping.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not offer direct exchanges; contact customer service for help with a return and a new order.
Cancellations
Contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request cancellation. We can cancel only if the order has not already been processed or dispatched.
