Delivery across Europe
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment. Estimated delivery is 10–15 calendar days after dispatch. Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout, with no markup or free-shipping threshold. Prices include tax; we cover import duties and customs clearance fees.
Shipping charges
Each product counts as 0.8kg for shipping. We use weight only, not volumetric weight. Parcels contain up to 31 items (24.8kg); larger orders are split into parcels of 31 items plus any remainder.
For parcels weighing up to and including 12kg, the low-weight rate applies and weight is rounded up to the next 0.1kg. Above 12kg, weight is rounded up to the next whole kilogram. The handling fee applies to each parcel, not each bottle. We add the parcel charges and round the final shipping amount to the nearest euro cent.
We do not currently ship to Bosnia and Herzegovina or Ukraine. Available destinations and charges appear at checkout. For European destinations not individually listed in our rate table, the agreed neighbouring-country rate applies.
